Hi, I’m Miriam – creator of The E.A.S.E. Principle™ and a partner to people who want to make a real difference.
As a former senior leader and HR executive in a global DAX corporation – and as an entrepreneur, partner, mother and friend – I know this: In complex times, clarity, structure and the courage to take the next step make all the difference. Privately and professionally.
For more than 25 years, I’ve worked in strategic and operational business and HR roles – locally and globally, up to board level. I have designed and led international talent strategies and leadership programs, and I’ve supported Next Gen Leaders, High Potentials and Top Executives in their personal and professional development.
Today, I bring this experience and The E.A.S.E. Principle into my work as an independent consultant, executive coach and thought partner – for individuals who want to walk their path with awareness and composure, and for leaders, teams and organizations who want to live clarity, impact and integrity.
